William Dethero, PE

Senior Mechanical Engineer, Engineering Manager, and Project Manager. 

Responsible for the marketing, development of new business, project management and engineering in the industrial, health care, and facilities department. 

Tasks included developing conceptual layouts and performing engineering studies, estimates, and proposals. Project responsibilities included technical review and approval for the mechanical designs, drawings, and specifications.
Including HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, process piping, health safety and final arrangement of facilities, systems and equipment.

Responsible for the project interface and management of projects among the Architectural, Mechanical, Electrical and Civil/Structural disciplines.

Philip Newby, PE

Senior Mechanical Engineer, Design Department Manager, and Project Manager. Led multi-discipline design teams consisting of Architects, Structural, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineers designing new and renovation projects for industrial, manufacturing, and commercial clients.

Varied experience across all facets of mechanical and HVAC design from small DX systems to large chilled water systems; steam, hot water and gas heating systems; building and process exhaust; confinement ventilation; HEPA filtration; bag-in and bag-out HEPA filters; process piping systems; controls; P&ID; PFD; V&ID (Ventilation & Instrumentation Diagram); AFD (Air Flow Diagram); water and wastewater treatment plants.

Project manager for various industrial and manufacturing projects. Prepared design and construction budgets and schedules.

Experience includes schematic and conceptual design, preliminary design, final design, and construction phase services.

Gary Nichols, PE

Mr. Nichols has 32+ years of experience in engineering; 14 ½ years as a consulting electrical engineer, 3 years as an electrical contractor, and 14 ½ years in manufacturing.  

Mr. Nichols has been responsible for all types of industrial and facilities electrical engineering during his career. This includes power distribution (480V, 2300V, 4160V, & 13kV), lighting, instrumentation and controls, specifications, procurement of major equipment, fire alarms, grounding, communications, data, and lightning protection. He also performs electrical device coordination, fault current, and arc flash studies using SKM software.
